We're Tardy
Since it's much easier to take pictures compared to doing blog posts, there are new pictures posted everywhere, but here, so you should click on either of these links to see them:

December 2008 Review

Santa, standing, cousins, playing in the snow, first meatball for Colleen (Dad is approaching 1 million) and unfortunately an ear infection to end the month. You can review all the December entries.

Colleen Stands, Jets Fall

I went to see the historical Jets / Dolphins game last week with Eric. Becky stayed home with Colleen. It was so bad that Colleen taught herself how to stand so she could reach the remote to change the channel. When I got home, the poor little thing looked me in the eye and asked, "Daddy why can't we get a QB like Chad Pennington?"
Below is Eric disrespecting The Meadowlands in a way that they'll have to destroy it next year. Also, here's some 7thTee trivia: Eric is the second member of his family to get a cover post.

Merry Christmas

You can see the joy of the perfect gift right here on Rebecca's face. We had a very nice four days back in Endicott where everyone got to enjoy Colleen's first Christmas. She also had the chance to spend some time with her little cousin Teagan.

Visiting the Real Santa

For Colleen's first Santa visit we jumped on the train into NYC to visit Santa at Macy's. Since movies are real (this time of year), we figured a "Miracle on 34th Street" theme was appropriate.
We were lucky that it was a cold Sunday, because we were able to get through the line in under 30 minutes. I was told on Saturday the wait was over 3 hours. Think about that circus: 3 hours in line with toddler (and younger) waiting to see Santa. The moment of Colleen meeting Santa went smoothly, but the second she was placed on his lap things turned bad, as the picture shows. Click through below to see the official picture Santa picture which turned out to be with the whole family.

November 2008 Review

We had a nice weekend in Endicott for Thanksgiving where she showed off her new crawling skills. Like too many people Colleen jumped on the Jets bandwagon. And the cutest is that we continued to dress her up in silly costumes. You can see all of the November entries.

Happy Thanksgiving

The extended McGuinness family got together for some extended eating. Even in this photo Colleen needed to loosen her jammies for the next helping.
This will be a nice time for Colleen and the family in Endicott because we will also be back for an extended time at Christmas so they will all have extra time to spend together.
